A luxurious 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath condo with view and pool located in beautiful Cozumel Mexico
About Us:
The Landmark of Cozumel is a one of a kind oceanfront resort overlooking Dzui Ha Reef, offering some of the best beach snorkeling on the island. There you can spend time on the beach enjoying the cabanas, beach umbrellas, beach massages plus you will have access to onsite scuba diving, snorkeling and even parasailing. In addition The Landmark offers an outdoor pool, tennis courts, bar-b-ques, and a fully equipped gym.
This property offers a beachfront location with the Money Bar Restaurant right across the street offering American cuisine and it is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
The condo itself is a 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath unit that is 3548 square feet, including three balconies. It is outfitted with everything that you could possibly need for your vacation, including luxury linens. Each of the three bedrooms has a king size bed, safe, a television set up with cable and streaming services and private bathrooms with large showers.
Two of the bedrooms offer private balconies and the third bedroom is off the main balcony. This condo is perfect for families or for couples! We also live there part time so this unit is furnished with comfortable furniture and modern amenities that you would expect in your own home!

Hello, I just wanted to leave a comment on my stay at The Landmark unit 511. I booked this property for a seven day scuba diving vacation. First and foremost, dealing with the owners, Dave and lori was a very easy and pleasant experience.
 From the first time that you drive up to this property, you will realize the built quality and craftsmanship of this building, compared to any other property on the island. You are met by the most helpful and warm staff members that check you in and make you feel so welcomed from the moment you step foot in the front lobby. Once you enter unit 511, you realize the five star feel you get immediately walking into this unit, the quality of the furnishings and decorations, along with the quality of each bedroom, linen, towels and the amenities in each bathroom, you are feeling like a five star hotel. The unit is exactly decorated to the style and quality of furnishings. Each bedroom was like its own master suite with on suite, bathrooms, walk-in closets and the linens on the beds themselves were so top notch, soft, comfortable, and warm. Each bedroom has a ocean or jungle view with private balconies.
I looked at other photos of different units on this property, and this one stood out by far and did not disappoint in anyway. The the amenities that the landmark offers from the staff, large pool, workout room, private, beach access, to even a private dock, where your charter boat will meet you to take you on your scuba diving excursions. I was so extremely happy with my stay at landmark 511, that I have already booked for my next scuba diving vacation.
We stayed in this unit in early December 2022 with two other couples and had a fantastic time. The location is steps from the water and
the Money Bar. The food, drinks, and band at the Money Bar were fantastic. The snorkeling in front was easy and full of fish and marine life.
The unit met all my expectations and then some. Comfortable beds, fluffy towels, well appointed from a kitchen point of view, and a great jungle ocean view
made this unit perfect. Every bedroom was very big with an ensuite bathroom. We paid a bit more than some other units in the complex but it was money well spent to get the upgrades. The Landmark staff was fantastic checking us in and helping with any need we had from additional water to ice to island tours. The owners, David and Lorii, answered our questions quickly, and explained the reservation process very clearly. There were no surprises which is nice when renting from a private owner. I would highly recommend them and this unit and will be coming back to 511 in the future.
