The place was perfect for what we were looking for and met all of our expectations! It was within walking distance to a bunch of beach clubs, so we enjoyed a day of the all-inclusive experience, yet the condo community was very private, so we also got in some relaxation when we wanted to. Our 7-year-old spent a lot of time in the pool and met a few kids his age, which was nice. We also rented a jet ski at the beach club next door, which he really liked. The location is about a 20-minute drive to town to pick up groceries, so that could be a problem for some; however, we rented a vehicle the entire trip, so it wasn’t a problem for us. I would definitely stay here again.
My family stayed here for a few days and absolutely loved it. The beach was clean and nice. The pools were maintained and warm for January. The short walk from the condo to the beach was past both pools. The kids can’t wait to come back. Will return to Residencias Reef.
We enjoy staying at Residencia Reef whenever we visit Cozumel. Barbara’s home was very clean, plenty of towels, comfortable bed and directly close to one of the two swimming pool. Convenient parking. Everyone we meet including the staff are extremely nice. We would book Barbara’s place again!
BARBARA is a magnificent host. The condo is at one of the best spots in Cozumel. The beach is quiet and you can see beautiful sunsets.
The condo is perfectly clean and equipped. As well as the gardens and the two pools.
The set of buildings has private security and immediate access to the road. Approximately 15 minutes to downtown Cozumel.

The place is lovely, the grounds are immaculate. The guards and groundskeepers are friendly and helpful. Barbara’s instructions were perfect and everything was arranged for maximum comfort and simplicity—exactly what we needed on this vacation. The condo was immaculate and the accommodations very comfortable…the bed was perfect. The condo was cleaned on the 3rd day, towels and linens washed. Highly recommend this vacation home!
