Located on the waterfront and within walking distance to downtown and the supermarket. The condo complex has gated access with 24-hour security. Divers are catered for with a back yard for washing gear and a shaded area for hanging and drying. Fabulous views of the ocean and the famous Cozumel sunset!
In the complex is a large swimming pool with views over the Caribbean. It’s in a very quiet area perfect to relax, refresh and soak up the sun and sea air. Right across the street are waterfront restaurants and a public beach.
The property has 2 ensuite bedrooms on the second floor.
The larger bedrooms features a large very comfortable super king size bed, whilst the second smaller room has two separate single beds.
The private rooftop palapa area has scenic Caribbean ocean views and is a perfect place for a sundowner cocktail – the view of the sunset is perfect from here. Equipped with a large dining table it’s also a perfect place to eat dinner.

5* We had a great week in Cozumel. Liesa’s place was perfect for the 3 of us. Private, quiet and close to the marina for our dive boat. The wash up area at the back was useful as we could rinse and hang our gear, ready for diving the next day. The location was perfect for us, close enough to town, yet far enough away from crowds and the cruise ships. Angie was super helpful with any questions and resolving any issues. We felt totally at home and didn’t want to leave. Overall, I’d highly recommend Liesa’s place as a great family option. Thanks for hosting!!
5* We loved Liessa’s condo. All the amenities you could possibly need were available. The a/c worked great. The 4th floor patio with ocean view was an added bonus. We will definitely book again.
5* One word: Spectacular. This townhouse is a place you will never want to leave.
The place is spotless and beautifully decorated. It is the perfect place for either a short or even better a long-term stay. Our only regret is that we could not stay for more days. A fantastic terrace at the top. Breakfast and dinners there become incredible experiences.

Walking distance to a public beach where you can snorkel.
A bit of a longer but beautiful walk gets you to downtown as well.
Place is peaceful and safe.
We hope to be back someday.
