The Space

Nah Ha boasts the best location on the peaceful and tropical North side of the island. This unit accommodates 6 guests with ease. All bedrooms feature en suite bathrooms for privacy and the ultimate comfort.

The master suite features access to ocean view terrace to lounge or enjoy coffee. The comfortable king-size bed is a dream after a day in the sun. Private bathroom features a large soaking tub and separate tiled shower.

5* Lee Ann is a great host. The process was easy and she was quick to respond when we needed something. The condo itself is beautiful and nicely decorated- it felt like a home, not a sterile rental which we loved. There are also extras like fresh bars of soap in the shower and hooks to hang your towels. We would love to return!

5* We had a wonderful stay at Lee Ann’s place! The view is incredible from the patio – We spent every evening there enjoying the sunset and playing board games as a family. We look forward to the next visit!

5* Beautiful condo as described and shown in pictures. Easy $5 cab ride to town for dining and grocery shopping. North side is perfect for a quiet, relaxing vacation. Lee Ann answered all questions in a timely manner….a pleasure to work with. Our third time in Cozumel, best place yet!

5* We had a wonderful stay. Your condo was perfect for our family of 6. We loved the kitchen and the covered lanai was amazing. We spent hours on the lanai playing games and eating our meals together. Plenty of pool/beach supplies. Beds were comfy and everyone having their own bathroom was ideal.

5* Lee Ann’s place was fantastic! Spacious and well stocked. We especially appreciated being provided with plenty of drinking water. The internet was fast and reliable, which was useful for remote working. The building was quiet and safe.

The condo is in a great location outside of the main part of town. We ended up not renting a car because taxis were cheaper and always readily available out front.

Having access to the ocean right outside the condo was great! The current is no joke, but if you’re a strong swimmer, the snorkeling along the wall heading both directions is worth checking out.

This place is great for groups. Every room has its own bathroom. There’s plenty of space both inside and out. Having a keyless entry was also useful for traveling with a group. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay here!
