ABOUT THE HOUSE

HUGE BEDROOM, KINGSIZE BED – Better than Hotel!

Less than a hotel stay per night, you will enjoy one HUGE super quiet room.  Guests have access to the whole house, outside patio, BBQ grill, private pool and outdoor fireplace.  Newly updated and ideally situated downtown, one block from the ocean, close to many restaurants, bars, live music and walking distance to grocery stores, shopping, and so much more.

The property is pet friendly, with a cat and sweet dog on site.

If you prefer to cater at “home” guests have the use of a fully stocked kitchen including an oven and there are 2 barbecues.  Located only a short walk away from local supermarkets.

This retreat is perfect for:

Walk safely to anywhere downtown and beyond.  For those that wish to rent a bike or scooter, they can be brought into our securely locked common area when not in use.

Only 1 Room Available, but can accommodate 1 or 2 people, with a minimum age of 13.  The kingsize bed can be separated into 2 twins if preferred, and an additional bed brought in to sleep the 3rd person if required.  It has a large private ensuite bathroom or a shared one for lesser fee, beautifully tiled and hot water to a large walk-in shower.

• Air conditioning and ceiling fan in room, a safe, and a nice closet with built in shelves.
• Super comfortable bed, and the room is very quiet, very sunny and has room darkening curtains
• Fire-stick enabled tv
• Large 5 gallon water bottle in room
• The balcony has a view of the pool
• Spiral staircase leads to an upstairs rooftop patio

All doors and windows have mosquito screens and hurricane shutters.

Smoking is allowed outside.

Guests come and usually extend their stay because they enjoy it so much!

Enjoy your time out by the pool, with a fireplace for evenings.

Wonderful refreshing pool with a 4 foot and 8-foot end for jumping in.  Pool lights for nighttime swims

Strong internet throughout the house and even outside on the patio.  Running multiple devices at once too

Dive Equipment Rinsing & Drying
Rinse off your dive equipment with a dunk tank or hose and suits, with a drying rack
