Casa Vista Hermosa or Residencias Reef Unit 8310 is located on the 3rd floor of building #4. Located along San Francisco Beach south of town. A gentle ocean breeze, beautiful white sand beach is waiting for you. Imagine yourself enjoying your days under a palyapa with a cool drink and a good book. It won’t take you long to shake off your stress and get Cozumello.

Your Cozumel vacation rental includes our private balcony that overlooks the main pool and the ocean where you can watch the sun dip into the blue waters of the Mexican Caribbean. Cozumel sunsets are picturesque and whether your enjoying it from our balcony or the rooftop solarium; you’ll have a front row seat.

You can start your day off enjoying the sunrise; or top off the evening watching the sunset on your private balcony. A short nine mile trip to San Miguel you’ll find many restaurants that offer a variety of foods including authentic Mexican cuisine. After a relaxing dinner, stroll the ocean front main street where you’ll find the perfect piece of jewelry or souvenir to remember your trip to Cozumel.

If staying home and cooking is for you we have a full kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances and beautiful wood cabinets. Enjoy your private home entertainment system consisting of US IPTV to enjoy different programming on the two TV’s provided. In the living room is a 42″ Plasma TV with surround sound (bring your favorite CD’s) DVD player. There is a second TV in the bedroom. There is high speed internet and WIFI throughout our unit and at both pools so bring your favorite wireless devices.

This 1000 sq ft unit offers 2 air conditioning units and ceiling fans for your comfort. This spacious one bedroom includes a king size bed and plenty of closet & drawers for your belongings. For your comfort and protection, we offer a safe to lock up your valuables.The large bathroom is fully tiled with two separate entrances for privacy from the bedroom. Two sleeper sofa’s or an inflatable mattress for extra comfort is available for additional guests. All linens needed are included.

There is a (220) washer & dryer in the condo with detergent available for your use. Daily maid service (no Sundays) is INCLUDED, but not mandatory to use. An authentic Mexican dinner can be prepared for you by our staff upon request for an additional charge of $35 per adult per meal or $25 per child 6-12 years. Children under 5 are free.

You can even enjoy the amenities of the Sabor Cozumel Resort and Spa (for a daily all-inclusive rate) next door for a change of pace. Enjoy a romantic dinner at the 5-star Aura Hotel or enjoy a cocktail while relaxing in their rooftop jacuzzi (pay per meal or cocktail). If you prefer a beach club Carlos and Charlies is a 5 minute walk down the beach. For those of you that crave a traditinal Yucatan style breakfast or lunch Dona Chely’s is just a 10 minute walk from your room

We stayed in unit 8310 in August 2023. The condo is beautiful as is the rest of the Residencias Reef complex. Check-in was a breeze and the property manager came by a few hours after we arrived to go over a few things in the condo. We we definitely return. John is a great host and easy to get ahold of.

I’ve stayed in AirBnBs all over and this is one of my favorites. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The condo is incredibly well appointed. My husband and I felt just like we had a home – while on vacation. My husband has been coming to these condominiums for over 20 years and he was impressed. We had all our creature comforts (like laundry with the detergent and dryer sheets provided and all the spices you could imagine for cooking). I loved the little touches like the embroidered towels and little signs that told you how to use things.
The communication was terrific and I felt like I knew what to expect before and during our stay. Luis, the local condo manager spoke excellent English. The communication overall was clear, consistent and I felt like I always had someone I could reach if there was ever a problem or a question.
We’d stay here again in a heartbeat.

This place is perfect! It is located out of town away from the crowd. The unit is situated on the top floor so you don’t have any noisy neighbors above. It is also equipped with everything you need from cooking utensils, towels, toiletry, water cooler, grocery bag, beach charis, and even a grill.
The view from the unit is amazing with a direct shot to sunsets. It’s hard to find accessible beaches on the west side of the island but Residencias Reef has a private beach with chairs and palapas for shade. There aren’t vendors to bug you during your stay either! There are 2 great pools if the beach/ocean isn’t your thing. We were there during the low season (Oct 2022) and only saw a max of 3 people at the beach and 4 people at the pool.
When you’re ready to take a break from the sun, the AC will cool you down instantly as you watch some TV with endless channels or play some games/cards.
We had an amazing week-long stay at this unit and we’ll definitely come back!!
