Casa de la Sirena
Nestled in the north central area of San Miguel, this delightful first floor condo offers 2 bedrooms with a comfortable king bed in the master bedroom and a cozy queen bed in the guest bedroom. Each bedroom has a safebox in the closet area to store your valuables. We provide pillows, linens, bedspreads, and blankets for each bed. The 2 bathrooms are equipped with rain shower heads and have a bench seat. We provide hair dryers, towels, vanity mirrors, handsoap, shower soap, shampoo and conditioners for your convenience. Additionally, there is a lovely living room with a sofa/queen bed for extra sleeping space. With amenities- like Wifi, Tv’s in each bedroom and living room, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, AC units in each bedroom and in the main living area, a kitchen that is ready to cook in- guests can relax and unwind in this dreamy vacation rental. The unit shares the pool that has a bathroom/changing room, an outdoor shower, a rinse tank for your dive gear, a grill and picnic table and patio furniture, and the rooftop with the other 4 condos in the complex. The elevator or stairs gives you access to the rooftop that has a beautiful view of the sea and the island, with the most amazing sunsets that are picture perfect. There is a bathroom, patio furniture and a bar area to make your experience just that more enjoyable on the rooftop. This condo is only 3 blocks from the water and 5 blocks to the city center which makes this a great location with a short walk to restaurants and shopping. A dedicated parking spot within a secure gated area is a plus.
