About this space

Casa Eugenia is a beautiful two story house located in Corpus Christy neighborhood in the town of San Miguel. The main house has three bedrooms, three bathrooms, living room, dining area for eight and spacious open concept kitchen.
The property has large pool, free gated parking, private outdoor bar with grill and a smaller casita de Miguelito in the same area with full bathroom and bedroom for two.
Water front is just two minutes walk and it takes fifteen minutes walk to the main town square.

 The space

On the first floor you can find one bedroom with queen size bed and full bathroom. Continue further is the living room with two large sofas, a futon and a TV.
On the same floor is the dining area with lazy Susan table for 8 and open concept kitchen including laundry room as well.
Going up the second floor are two more bedrooms one on the left has two queen size beds and on the right you can find the master bedroom with king size bed, dedicated office area with desk and two office chairs, a large size curved TV and also includes a bidet in the bathroom and a safe box.
From the second floor you can come outside to a very spacious balcony with a table for 4, a sitting area and two hammocks on each corner.
The back yard of the house is the area you would love to be most of the time.
There you can find private bar with 5 barstools and grill for late diners or enjoying a nice Margarita cocktail and large outdoor round table for 6 as well.
Attached to it is casita de Miguelito which has one bedroom with full size bed and safe box as well.
Each one of the bedrooms in the main house and the casita has a full bathrooms.
On the back you will also find the very large private pool 4 x 10 meters with depth of 1.5 meters.
There is no lifeguard so please swim at your own risk.
Around the pool there are 4 lounges to relax and soak up the sun.
The back area has gated parking and free parking on the front and the side of the house as well.
In the main house you will find First Aid kit located on the shelf by dining table.

The entire main house the casita, pool and bar is reserved exclusively for our guests.

Other things to note

Please find complimentary water in the refrigerator and a fruit basket prepared just for our guests. Apple TV console can be controlled by using your Apple phone or iPad after connecting your devise to the local wifi.
We also have books and games in the living room that you all can enjoy together.
No pets are allowed in the house.
No smoking in the house.
No parties or loud music.
No diving in the pool.

This was our 2nd stay here. We absolutely love this slice of paradise. We will be back here relaxing in the beautiful pool, sleeping in the comfortable beds, taking a nap on the comfy couches or the peaceful hammocks on the top balcony.

This was fabulous, everything they said it had – and pictures did not do it justice. Had a local person for any help and hidden amazing features, like water, ice and more. Next time I go back to Cozumel to dive – I’m coming back – hands down

My boyfriend and my teenagers loved the Casa and the location.
The casa was so convenient, spacious, and well equipped. Everything was thoughfull. Kitchen tools, towels, blankets, soap and even snacks.
Beto welcomed us as soon as we got there and gave us all the instructions. He was great and friendly.
We are definitely looking forward to rent next year !

This was our second stay at Casa Eugenia. It is perfect for what we are looking for when we come to Cozumel. The location is perfect, the outdoors area is perfect. We look for outdoor areas as our first priority when choosing an AirBnb. The pool is always so nice and the added refrigerator at the bar was wonderful. The house is very comfortable and always clean and ready for us. We like that you can walk to the supermarket easily so we don’t over buy groceries. Easy walk uptown for shopping and eating out. Overall it has everything we needed. The neighborhood is clean and we enjoy our morning walks. Beto is very accommodating and checks in on us frequently to make sure everything is going well. We will be back next year for sure.
